The Sultanate Hotels moved three guesthouses onto NeoSuite in August 2026: reservations and the tape chart, Booking.com through Channex, folios with TGST, service charge and Green Tax, nightly audits, and a separate ledger per property that the owner reads in one portfolio view.

What was the problem?
Three small properties, three sets of books, bookings arriving from Booking.com, agents and walk-ins, and Maldivian taxes that had to be right on every folio. Separate tools for the desk, the outlets and the accounts meant the same night was typed more than once and reconciled by hand.
What runs on NeoSuite today?
- Reservations, tape chart, check-in with a printed registration card, housekeeping and night audit at each property.
- Booking.com availability and bookings in sync through Channex; agent contracts as private rate codes.
- Folios and tax invoices in USD with service charge, TGST and Green Tax applied in the right order; agent balances on city ledger accounts.
- A chart of accounts per property, bank reconciliation, and a read-only portfolio view across all three for the owner.
- Payroll with MRPS and service charge distribution.
What changed?
A room night reaches the books the night it happens. Checkout is a settlement, not a calculation. The owner sees each property's position without opening three systems, and MIRA figures come from posted lines rather than a spreadsheet built at month end.
