One inventory for Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb and your own website
NeoSuite connects to online travel agencies through Channex, a certified channel manager: room availability and rates push out when they change, and bookings, modifications and cancellations flow in as PMS reservations with their channel and commission recorded.
Which channels are supported?
Any channel Channex supports, which includes Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Hotelbeds and Google Hotel Ads. The property is mapped once, per room category and rate plan; from then on NeoSuite is the single source of truth.
What happens when a Booking.com reservation arrives?
- It appears in the reservation list within a minute, marked with its channel, OTA confirmation number and rate.
- Guest details come across as far as the OTA shares them; NeoSuite asks the front desk for what is missing at check-in.
- Availability drops on every other channel at once, so there is no double booking.
- Cancellations from the OTA cancel the reservation and release the room automatically.
Can guests book direct on my website?
Yes. A public booking API serves live availability and prices for a date range and occupancy, so the hotel's own website can take a booking that lands in the PMS like any other, without commission.
How are rates managed?
Rate plans per category, seasonal and per-agent rate codes, minimum stay and stop-sell by date, all edited in NeoSuite and pushed out. A special contracted rate for an agent stays private to that agent.
Questions on this topic
Do I need a separate Channex account?
NeoSuite provisions the property in Channex as part of onboarding; the connection to each OTA is then authorised from the OTA's extranet once.
How fast is the sync?
Changes push immediately; incoming bookings arrive by webhook and are also polled as a safety net.
What if the connection fails?
Every inbound and outbound event is logged in the integration events view with its status, and failures are retried and alerted.
